Her subtle interpretation and a rich tone
are evidence of a matured musical personality.

Kirill Petrenko, Chief Conductor Berliner Philharmoniker

Tanja Huppert already showed her affection for music and the piano at the age of four. This was even fostered by a grand Bechstein piano of her great grandmother and the musical vibe at her home.

At the age of fifteen she successfully played Tchaikowsky's
Piano Concerto No. 1 in B-flat minor, Op. 23.

Jonathan Nott, Principal conductor of Tokyo Symphony Orchestra, says about her:
She possesses a wonderful balance between technical skills, musicality, inspiration
and wit.

Her repertoire is immense. It reaches from baroque French harpsichord music of the 17th century up to European classical music until piano works of the modernity.
